I just wanted to share with you the Teacher Christmas Card that the children in Red Ted’s class have been working on. We decided to make a “Christmas Tree” for the teachers, decorated with “photo baubles”, as well as hand coloured in baubles by each of the children. I have to say the children’s baubles are rather special and promoted some more card making at home.
I made this out of light card stock, but would recommend making it out proper cardboard painted green, as it is a little floppy.
- 收集所有儿童的照片 - 我们的直径为4厘米。
- I then handed out circles to the children to colour. Again 4cm in diameter. And noted down which child did which (yes, I agree, quite an admin task and I did manage to loose 2 sets of baubles, but luckily found of them again).
- As Red Ted’s class is nicknamed “Wrens”, I added a little Wren bird to the top – I found a photo on google, and printed it out twice – once “normal” and once in reverse, so you can see it from both sides.
Have you made Teacher Christmas cards? What did you do?
